How to perform the exercise

1.Interlace your hands at the base of your spine.

2.Straighten your arms and turn your palms to face down.

3.Raise your arms up as high as you can.

4.Hold this position for up to 1 minute.

Exercise Tips

1. Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds.

2. Back must be flat and chest should be lifted.
