Exercise / Chest

How to perform the exercise

1. Sit with the handles set at roughly shoulder height.

2. Grab the handles with a normal grip.

3. Inhale and press directly overhead.

4. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.

5. Repeat from step 2-3.

Exercise Tips

1. Refrain from putting the head forward too much.

2. Exhale as you press.
