How to perform the exercise

1. Stand with your feet at shoulders length apart.

2. Pick up the barbells using a palm inward grip.

3. Curl each barbell alternating each time.

4. Repeat from Step 2-3.

Exercise Tips

1. Lift the dumbbells slowly.

2. Stick your elbows backward, this would build tension.
