How to perform the exercise:
1. Stand straight with dumbbells at your both sides.
2. Palms should be facing inwards.
3. Raise the dumbbells gradually and refrain from letting your wrists cross the elbows.
4. Pause at starting point, and then lower the weight gradually to the initial point.
5. Dumbbells should not touch each other.
1. Focus on muscle contraction and stretch.
2. Controlled and slow reps are the key to success.
