How to perform the exercise
1.Standing with a dumbbell in each hand,
2.bend over at the hips until your torso is just about parallel to the floor.
3.Keep your chest out, back flat and your knees slightly bent, and let the dumbbells hang directly beneath you with your elbows straight
4.Don’t lock your elbows, palms facing each other.
