How to perform the exercise
1. Position with your feet shoulder width apart and grasp a barbell in your hand.
2. With your palms facing frontward and your elbow under your wrist, place the barbell at your shoulders.
3. Push the barbell up and fully outspread your arms.
4. Lower the barbell back down to your shoulder and replication the effort until set is complete.
