How to perform the exercise
1. Pick up the dumbbell and sit down on the bench.
2. Lay back with your face facing upwards, now move the dumbbells upwards and in a lockout position.
3. Now lower the dumbbells gradually.
4. Repeat the process from Steps 2 to 3.
1. Tilt the weight slightly at an angle of 45 degrees.
2. Hold the dumbbells firmly.
3. Maintain your shoulder blades in a pinched position.
