How to perform the exercise
- Stand up straight up straight with your feet joined together.
- Keep your arms on the sides.
- Start jumping with your feet apart and your hands going over your head.
- You will land with your feet apart then jump again to back to the original position.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4.
Exercise Tips
1. Wear athlete shoes to help your jumps.
2. Don’t spread your legs too much. Keep them in a normal range.
