How to perform the exercise
1. Sit on the bench with a straight back.
2. Hold the dumbbells in your hands with your arms slightly extended.
3. Begin by raising your arms out in front of you until your arms are just above parallel to the floor. Keep a slight bend in your elbows.
4. Pause briefly and bring the dumbbells to the initial position.
5. Repeat from step 2-4.
1. Practice good form with a light weight.
2. Slow controlled movements are the key.
