How to perform the exercise

1. On the edge of a flat bench sit straight with dumbbells in your hands.

2. Hold the dumbbells down at your sides with your palms facing in. Hold the dumbbells out at around 4 inches from your body. This is the starting position for the exercise.

3. Slowly raise the dumbbells till shoulder height.

4. Lower the dumbbells to initial position.

5. Repeat the step 2-4.

Exercise Tips

1. Dot this exercise slowly.

2. Arms should not go higher than shoulder height.
