Seated rear deltoid (machine)

Exercise / Lower Trap, Middle Trap, Shoulders, Upper Trap

How to perform the exercise

1. Shoulder must be aligned with the handle.

2. Grab the handle with both hands.

3. Pull back.

4. Bring your blades together.

5. Hold for a couple of seconds then let it go towards initial position.

6. Repeat from Step 2-5.

Exercise Tips

1. Do not pull the elbows.

2. Don’t take elbows beyond your shoulder.
