How to perform the exercise
1. Lay back with your face upwards, and the weights closer to your body.
2. Press the dumbbells in the lockout position.
3. Now lower the dumbbells gradually.
4. Repeat the process from Steps 2 to 3.
1. Keep your elbows in a neutral position and weight slightly tilted at 45 degrees.
2. Make sure the dumbbells don’t collide.
3. Maintain some tension in your abs and refrain from stretching your lower back in an arch position.
